To qualify for a return, your item must be:
In the same condition as when you received it
Unworn and unused
With all original tags attached
In the original packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

You received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
We do not accept returns for:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
Custom or personalized products (e.g., special orders)
Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The quickest way to receive your desired item is to return your current one. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the legal right to cancel or return it within 14 days without providing a reason.
The item must still meet the conditions stated above (unused, with tags, original packaging, proof of purchase).
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
The refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days
